Zico’s journey in construction began over 20 years ago in Pickering, where he started his career as a framer driven by hard work, precision, and pride in his craft. Through years of dedication and hands-on experience, he built a reputation for quality and reliability. Together with his wife, Chris, Zico founded EF Framing, turning a shared vision into a growing and successful company in the construction industry. Working side by side, they have steadily expanded the business, earning the trust of major builders and partners across Ontario. Today, Zico is widely recognized for his experience and commitment to excellence. Along with his skilled team, EF Framing has successfully completed over 1,000 homes across Ontario in the past two decades—continuing to grow stronger each year.
